Booking is easy and flexible! Simply choose the photography product that suits you, select your preferred date and time, and click the “Book Now” button—no advance payment is needed at this stage.
Once the product owner reviews request, you’ll receive a payment link to confirm the booking.
You can also leave a note in the selected product if you have any specific requests.

2. What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

No worries! In case of rain or poor conditions, we’ll offer you a free rescheduling if possible—or a full refund if rescheduling doesn’t work for you.

3. I don’t know how to pose—can the photographer help me?

Of course! All our photographers are used to working with travelers and will guide you with friendly, easy poses. You don’t need to be a model—we’ll make you feel comfortable and look amazing!

4. Can I book a photoshoot for a proposal or special occasion?

Definitely! We love capturing surprises and special moments. Just mention your idea when booking, and the photographer will help make it perfect.

5. How many photos will I receive and when?

Each product mentions the number of edited and unedited photos you’ll receive. Usually, you'll get your edited images within 3 to 7 days via an online gallery.

6. Can I contact the photographer before booking?

Currently, you can only message the photographer after booking. However, all important details are listed clearly. If you have a specific request, write it in the booking note and the photographer will respond quickly.

7. Is the rooftop photoshoot safe for children or seniors?

Yes, but we recommend checking the product details. Some rooftops have stairs or uneven areas. If you have special requirements, mention them in your booking note.

8. Can I cancel my booking? What’s the refund policy?

You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the shoot. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather or an emergency, which will be reviewed case by case.
